The aim of the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) is to teach individuals how to meet the ever-increasing demand for evidence of sound health and safety management on site. Delegates must have the physical ability, communication skills, literacy, numeracy, and the required experience and skills to ensure they are competent to attend and complete the course.
